Commissioning

All equipment that requires commissioning such as turn- key operational systems in the following product categories include – Tide Monitoring, Road Flooding Warning, Weather Station Systems as well as Solar and Atmospheric Systems,  are all catered by our Engineering and Service Departments.

In House Capability

At IES Pty Ltd has a team of qualified engineers and field technicians that provide services with regard to all our products that we currently market. Additionally IES Pty Ltd is supported by our principal agencies on all products that are made in house or sourced through our agency network. Data sheets and user instruction manuals are available on the products via our web site.

Installation

IES Pty Ltd has a fully trained team of technicians experienced in our product range that provide installation and commissioning upon request and subject to the availability and timeframe required to finalise the system purchased.

Alternatives are available where a selected group of contractors can offer installation and commission services if required. Prior to any work requirement a formal quotation would be submitted and upon an agreement reached on an hourly rate or fixed price basis.

Turn-Key Systems

Major product systems that require a list of components that can be provided in a package where a site, is nominated and requires a turn-key system.  We offer a complete service with communications from a nominated site to a central control centre for monitoring purposes.

Our Engineering department would arrange a meeting or communication via Skype to discuss the selected task to be provided. A feasibility program would be undertaken based on the budgetary allocation to supply the best suited turn-key package with value for money including supply of the equipment, installation, and training and if required maintenance agreement. To ensure the system purchased   provides a trouble free operation. In remote areas it may be a requirement to carry a range of recommended spare parts that can be interchanged by the local contractor.
