Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) is the total measurement of all chemicals (organics & in-organics) in the water and waste water.
The COD Sensor can be used to detect the Chemical Oxygen Demand value of water quality. The COD intelligent sensor using RS485 communication interface and Modbus RTU standard protocol. COD is measured by 254 nm laser beam and turbidity is compensated by 546 nm laser beam. COD and turbidity can be measured simultaneously.
