The Grease Caddy is uniquely designed to allow an individual operator to simultaneously lubricate and monitor ultrasound levels to prevent over-lubrication.  As lubrication levels fall, friction levels rise, producing   ultrasonic waves, which are very directional and localised.

Easily attached to most standard grease guns, or worn in an optional belt holster, the grease caddy translates high     frequency sounds into the audible range, where     users will hear and recognise bearing sounds.

The leak shooter allows you to film, view and photograph the precise spot where compressed air, steam, pressurised gas and vacuums are leaking.  The Ultrasound range is directional and localised.  It can be easily blocked or shielded and can be used in noisy environments.  Easy and seamless changes provide early warning of potential problems and are so easy to use.

Extremely sensitive, it is capable of finding all leaks, even the smallest, including those no bigger than the size of a syringe needle, at a distance of 15 metres. Leaks can be detected in all types of industrial environment thanks to the possibility of adjusting the gain on the device to filter out all undesirable noise.

Our easy vibration analyser with embedded camera allows you to view onsite measurements and diagnosis providing overall values, FFT spectrum’s, trend curves and defaults tables using the V Shooter.
